(617) 544-7660 — WHEN YOU ARRIVE Divine Aesthetics is located in Suite 4 inside Pink Sunday Salon & Suites. When you arrive, head directly into the salon and continue through the archway. My studio is the first door on your right. Please make yourself comfortable in the seating area just outside the studio, and I’ll welcome you in as soon as your appointment is ready. While you wait, you’re welcome to enjoy a complimentary beverage or snack from the refreshment bar. — BEFORE YOU BOOK Please take a moment to review the studio policies below before scheduling your appointment. CLIENT AGREEMENT By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% service charge. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the reserved service. Late Policy • Arrivals 5–10 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee. • Clients arriving more than 12 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and charged 100% of the reserved service. No-Show Policy • No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Squeeze-In Appointments • Appointments requested outside of regular business hours are subject to a $20 squeeze-in fee. • If your preferred time isn’t available, you’re welcome to join the waitlist. Please include your preferred dates and times to make scheduling as seamless as possible. Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card is securely stored to hold your appointment and will only be charged in accordance with the policies above. It will not be used to pay for your appointment unless requested. Gift cards are non-refundable. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to all policies listed above.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Divine Aesthetics ask that if a guest needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, that it be done before 24 hours of their appointment start time. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled on the day before their appointment, there will be a 50% charge of the service price. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled after 12:00am on the day of the appointment will result in a 100% charge of the service price. We reserves the right to abide by this policy regardless of the guests’ reason for canceling or rescheduling.
