Welcome to Divine Aesthetics, where beauty meets art! As the owner of Divine Aesthetics, formerly known as Beauty by Julia, I am excited to rebrand and expand into this new chapter of buissness. Dedicated to providing high-quality services, including eyelash extensions, brow laminations, brow waxing, advanced skincare treatments, and so much more all in a space that is both luxurious and inviting. We can’t wait to help you look and feel your absolute best! We strive to ensure every client leaves feeling pampered, educated, and confident. WHEN YOU ARRIVE Divine Aesthetics is located inside Pink Sunday Salon & Suites at 875 Main St., Clinton, MA. Upon arrival, you’re welcome to relax in the waiting area or make your way to the back of the salon through the archway, where you’ll find cozy black seats just outside the room. While you wait, feel free to enjoy a complimentary drink or snack from our refreshment bar, and don’t forget to ask about our signature drink of the month! You can send us a quick message to let us know you’ve arrived, or simply sit back—we’ll be with you shortly. ———————————————————— Please be sure to read through all studio policies before booking your appointment ⬇️ CLIENT AGREEMENT UPON BOOKING All Policies + Terms of Buissness Late Policy Cancellation Policy No show Policy Booking Policy Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. I understand events may happen out of your control but this will be something you will have agreed to while booking. - If you cancel less than 48 hours of your appointment you will be expected to pay 50% of your services total. -Last minute cancellations on the same day of the appointment will result in 100% of the service total. -Arriving 5-10 minutes late to your appointment a $10 late fee will be automatically added to your service total. -"NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. -Clients will be given a 15 minute maximum late grace period. If late over 15 minutes of your appointment we will have to move your appointment and you will be charged 100% of the service. If we can reschedule for the same week ( if I have availability) I will wave the late charge. SQUEEZE INS -If you need a day or time that is not available or in my booking hours there’s a $20 squeeze in fee. You may add yourself to the waitlist if you would prefer. For these appointments, please text me with the specific dates and times that you are looking at to make it seamless for the both of us! I will always try to make things work to the best of my ability. *I require each client to leave a credit/debit card on your file. Your card saved on file is to hold your spot and charge in case of cancellations. It does not pay for your appointment.
